White Glove Shipping & Delivery
At DAGXpress, we don’t say, “White-glove service” because white glove is our standard service. Unlike other shippers who deliver curbside, we take your item all the way to final placement. Oh and yes, we know how to center items on walls and under paintings.
We also know that having the eye of the resident designer to direct us, makes for the best possible result.
Our Process:

- We arrive to install
- You approve final placement of piece(s)
Fine Furniture Packaging
Some items need special attention to ensure they arrive safely. We get it. In order to get the best possible protection for these delicate or fragile items, we offer custom packaging to protect the rare and vulnerable parts of your precious piece.
Whether you decide to have us ship the items or pack them to be shipped with another carrier, you can rest assured your item will be handled and packed with care.
Our Process:
- Gather the measurement (Length x Height x Depth) and material of the pieces
- We determine the best materials to protect the items
- During packing, we will assess if more packaging is needed (at no extra cost).
- We will protect the piece’s vulnerable corners and appendages. We will pad the box to ensure the piece is suspended in space.
Auction & Gallery Collections
We know that the term “sight unseen” is a double-edged sword. There’s no excitement quite like having a vintage piece land in your parlor, exceeding your expectations.
On the other hand, there is no agony quite like movers calling you from the other side of your door saying that your doorway is 1 inch too small to get this piece, that had travelled 150 miles, into your apartment.
We’ve seen it all. We know the questions to ask you and the Gallery or Auction house to ensure a smooth delivery.
Our Process:
- Gather the details and lot numbers
- We will communicate with the auction house or gallery on your behalf
- Ensure all invoices are paid and items cleared for release
- Schedule delivery of collected items
Design Project Installations
We love working with designers. You all are so creative with every aspect of the project including impossible deadlines, unrealistic expectations, clever ways of saving money and getting discounts, etc. Yet, the world would be bland and vanilla without your brilliance. That being said, we know what you’re after and why you do what you do.
We agree. We also want to bring joy and serenity to you and your clients. We are able to handle the entire process of collecting, storing and installing pieces in time for client presentations.
We know that installations can be a dynamic and crowded experience. No need to worry, we like people and we know how to work around other teams.
Our Process:
- Coordinate schedules with Project Manager (design team)
- Collect & store items in preparation for installation
- Arrive with installation instructions
- Place items as per the design team’s precise specification
- Remove waste and packing material
On-Site Moving

We will show up ready to say “Yes” to whatever you need us to do (within the limitations of the requested team). There is no need to rush. Take advantage of the extra hands while they are there.

We are able to offer our partners extended storage for any size & length of time. Your items will be cataloged and stored in our climate-controlled units for quick communication and retrieval, ready to be delivered when you need them.
